07 Ion Quarter Panel

Hey guys. . . I have an 07 Ion (Sedan) that has a large piece of the quarter panel missing just below the tail light (driver's side). I am doing this for a friend and would like to keep it cheap for them. My question was does anyone know what my cheapest option would be as far as replacing this? And does anyone know where I can find instructions as far as how to replace? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

theres the best way, and the cheap way....

the best wat would be to get a replacement quarter panel and (i believe) they are bolted on because they are that plastic saturn likes to use... then bring it to a body shop and have it painted.

if youre lucky call around to junkyards to find one in the same color

the cheap way would be to well... epoxy a screen to the back of the opening and slather plastic filler sand smooth and find a rattle can of a similar color.... hahah.... that would most likely look like ass, not last more than a week... but it would be cheap!

Thank you for the info. . . I was also wondering what year parts were interchangeable? What year Ions can I pull a quarter off of and have it fit on this 07?
