Belt chirp

I parked my truck for the summer and when I came back to it the belt has been chirping. I replaced the belt, tensioner and idler. I have spun all of the pullies on the accessories and they all spin freely. I cannot for the life of me figure it out.
It was quieter again after I replaced the tensioner, but then it started up again today big time. I haven't been under the hood since the replacement.
When I was first troubleshooting I did spray some pb-blaster on the back of the idler. Is it possible this is causing it to slip? But why start a few days after replacing the pullies, why not right off?
