Get one of those Zex airfilters with a nozzle built into it. then all you have to do is hide the line going to the filter and/or change the filter before you get your oil changed. They could probley see that the engine was blown because you used nitrous but chances of them spending that much time to see if it was nitrous that caused it is probley slim.

SInce you mentioned it....

a mechanic could tell that you blew your engine from using NOS?

Thats so cool...

What would be the most visible signs, if any?

well im not exactly sure, if you blew your motor you obviously were not running it right and probley went way lean... spark plugs would show signs of running lean, possible to even melt them expecasly if they are platnum. exhaust system would be white/grayish... thats just from running lean, a stock motor should have no reason to run lean... im sure by running nitrous and blowing it up they if they really wanted to could find out you used it...

Seeing how N02 is for "Off Road Use Only" i don't think that where you got the car from would be too happy about honoring the warranty after, parts were added that weren't even intended for street use. My answer is no way in hell.
