corner lights?

Do 4g's come set up so that the corner light flashes with the signal?? Cause mine don't and if I am gonna put my kit on i have to wire it up so that it will.

well there should be two bulbs in your corner light, one flashes and one doesnt.

nope all 4 are always on! hmmm.....

thats weird, maybe someone changed the wiring so they would work that way, but they def flash stock from factory.

So I guess this means I am gonna have to switch it back.

does it stay on except for when it is flashing or is it off.

mine didn't flash either...when there was still light bulbs in there, they didn't. I think you have you rewire them if you get rid of your bumper lights.

Mine dont blink either.
Maybe the Canadian model civic's arnt supposed to.

the corner lights dont flash here either!

Mine's a 90 DX hatch (canadian model) and the corner lights do not blink either.

When my lights are off the bumper lenses and corner lenses blink together, and when the lights are on the alternate.

werd ... but only the outer bulb blinks, so I rewired mine so both bulbs blink cause I had to wire new sockets after my corner lenses were stolen.

If you canadians want your corner lenses to blink, splice the positive wire from your bumper lenses, and run it up to the corner, then cut the positive coming from the car and connect the wire you ran from the bumper lens to the positive coming off the socket of your corner lens.

I have also posted the link below to the wiring I did to make my bumper lenses also function as fogs and changed the bumper sockets from single fillament to dual fillament.

So basically reverse that and connect the pos from the bumper lense to the corner lens

When I first got the car the light bulbs on the sides were burnt out (as well as the license plate lights) so I didn't notice they didn't blink for the first week or two.

Anyhow, now I have another project for this weekend. :)

I think I'm going to throw some amber stain on the blinker covers on the front end of the car as well.

my corner lights flash, I think if the car came with stock side markers(repeaters) they don't need to flash. That is why in Canada and UK they don't flash, The USA does not have side marker lights, so for DOT approval we need the corners to flash.
I have the Factory HONDA JDM side markers, so I am going to make my corners NOT flash, like the UK version.

mines Canadian... they dont blink... lol

the only thing that blinks on mine are the bumper lights, thats it, nothing else.
