95 S-10 Blazer fuel relay problem

I have a 95 S-10 Blazer with 100000 miles on it. I have replaced the fuel pump twice and now the fuel relay keep burning up. After i replace it, it will run for awhile and blow and the car will die. Is there another relay that im missing? I have the wire diagram but cannot seem to locate the problem. Any advice would help. :banghead:

What engine?
What brand of fuel pumps are you using?
Does relay or fuse blow?
Good grounds?
How many amps is the fuel pump pulling?
