lights stay on!!

My lights will not go off when car shut off and key removed. They stay on for 15 to 20 minutes then battery saver shuts it down.

You must be talking about dome lights, since you refer to the battery saver-- check your door switches etc- does it only do it if a particular door is opened and closed??
