No sound from speakers

There is no sound coming from the speakers. The car is a 2006 Cobalt LT with the Pioneer sound system. The stereo has power. I found the AMP fuse (20 amp) was blown. When I put a new fuse back in it blew instantly. :mad: Can somebody please give me an idea what to check next. :confused:

You're gonna' have to follow the 'OUT' from the fuse panel, to find out where a wire is pinched, or grounded, that it ain't supposed to be.

Not gonna' be easy, but it won't cost anything, unless you let a mechanic start fishin' for the problem. Then, big $$$.

I found a chaffed wire in the console. Thanks for the quick reply. :smile:
