'91 s10 fuel pump won't run

I have a '91 s10 blazer that the fuel pump will not run I have replaced the fuel pump and the relay and still will not get power to run the fuel pump any ideas out there? thanks

The original fuel pump stopped working so that is why I replaced it now the new one is not working. It trys to start and the fuel pump doesn't run and so it can't start. What besides the relay would effect the fuel pump running?

Oh. Didn't know the old one failed. Can't hold out on the info now nuh uh...
