86 pickup hardbody wont start

i bought the truck not running,they said it just died one day.i checked fuel pump and it works but no power going in the harness, no lite on the ecu,is this normal? i also checked fusable links,relays,fuses,coil,distributor,ignition.

the big harness to ecu has power but no power going to the other harness.
can anyone help pls. thanks

you have either lost ground to the ecm..
or the ecm is shot..

so check all the grounds and especially the ecm grounds..

if you find that the ecm is dead ..email me i have them for sale..
