Problem with 1991 Eagle

I have problems with my Eagle Talon TSI -91. It has about 174000 miles and the engine was rebuilt about 6000 miles ago.
My problem is that the car starts but it is on really high RPM's (about 2500). When i try to drive there is alot of black smoke. And if I try to accelerate there's a "knocking" sound.
Thankful for any help I can get.
