wiring question?

somethin weird happened. i went out to start my car, turned the key and everything went dead. cd player, clock, dash lights, everything. got out and opened the hood to see if my battery blew up or something. didnt see anything wrong so i got back in. turned the key again. everything was working just fine. anyone got any ideas as to what happened?

Do Toyotas have main relays, if so that could be a problem, but check your battery ground, and your key connection/starter switch, some cars light up like a Christmas tree when those goe bad.

Fuse box, check your fuses.

that's the same thing i had happen, and i still haven't even bothered to fix it, the car hasn't moved in almost 2 months, good luck to you....still waitin on a 40 hour pay check to do anything else to mine
