I've been looking for an inexpensive manual antenna for my '95 LSI (junkyards etc) but haven't had any luck.
Anyone out there have a spare or know where to get one cheap?
many thanks--

I have a very inexpensive solution for you.....
Most of the time, butt-headed kids rip antenna's off of cars - funny, no?
When I got my '93 Geo Metro, used, it also had had the antenna ripped off and
only the part inside the plastic fairing was visible.
I obtained a 2 foot piece of 14 gauge, bare copper wire (used for wiring the
ground in home wiring) and made a very slight curve in one end - about 4 inches
from the end.
If you gently push this bent end into the broken off, hollow antenna wire, it will
stay in place quite well.
I then made the rest of the protruding copper wire into a curved backward shape.
You could instant glue some little plastic ball on the end or some kind of
whirlie-gig doodlebopper thing-a-mabob to make it look cool....but then that
attracts teenagers like shiny things attract pack rats.
Now I get radio signals well and it is a nice copper color and if some suck-headed
teenager rips it out, well...it costs nothing to replace!
Try it - you'll like it!
I got an antenna from a Pull-n-Save yard, but they are too much work to
install...maybe. I am lazy.
Besides, if I put the replacement in - I fear some Bonzo-Brained kid will just
rip that one out too!
