Power Problems

I have a 94 Mustang GT and im having problems w/ my car starting. When i turn my key over there is no power not even accessories but i can jump my car and it will crank over fine. But in 5 mins it will die and i wont have any power again.

Sounds like a dead battery to me, or you have some corroded battery cables. Make sure your alternator is charging also.

If the battery light is coming on after you start it the problem is the alternator isn't charging. If you aren't getting a battery light up after starting the problem is probably 2 or more plates shorting out due to sediment build up in the case. If the battery is older than 5 years replace it. It's on it's wat out.
