hey guys my check engine light wotn turn off, i checked everything and took it in they looked and said it was fine and cleared the code but it came back on...HELP

check your ecu and see what code is flashing? then we can help you determine wether your problem is your ecu itself or something else.

my oldest bro's 98 Accord had that light on for like 3 months
He got it checked 7 times. EAch time by the same dealer, until they finally found that it was the CAT that needed replacement, and after that. It was done... light was off.
So its a different car... but same concept...
Have them check that car like there's no tomorrow.

There could be a million different things but most of the time its the O2 sensor but make sure and get it checked so you don't just replace the O2 cause there kinda expensive. Are you back home already??

how many miles do you have on your car? most cars will have the check engine light on at 30,000, 60,000 and 90,000 miles. i recommend taking it to a dealership or repair shop for maintenance (sp)

Dude ask the guy who checks it what code number it is throwing...then look the cod number up...its pretty self explanitory...

While you guys are on this topic...what does a code 92 mean. Its Evaporative Emmisions Control System insufficient purge flow. Why is this happening???
