Accent Dies while driving

My accent dies while driving, it will start back up after 15-20 mins but only with the gas pedal pushed to the floor.
Could it be a crankshaft position sensor or a oxygen sensor or something else?
I have changed out fuel filter, Air filter and added some fuel injector cleaner.

It is a 1999 with 93k miles

The fuel injector cleaner kills your engine.
I know it sounds weird, but it's true.
Cause fuel injector is a poison for the engine. It's made with isopropylic alcohol and kerosene. This mixture have propertie to remove the carbon deposit in the cylinder, but also damage the plastic of the head gasket and piston ring.
I know, because I have put this cleaner in my Grand Prix 93 2 years ago, and it kills my engine. It's too bad, because it was a nice car.
When rings and gasket is out, the cylinder loose it's compression, and the fuel cannot burn. Engine looses its power, and fuel consumption increases. After, it stop operating. Also fuel leaks into the oil pan.
Did your oil level increase and the oil smell gas? Check your oil dipstick.

You must prosecute the store that sold you the injector cleaner.

serge, he added fuel injector cleaner to help fix his problem, it was not the cause. Plus, in all my years in the automotive industry, this is the first time I have heard anybody accuse injector cleaner as causing bad head gaskets and piston rings.
brown, more than likely it's something electrical. It sounds like something is shutting down when it gets hot, and then when it cools off, it starts working again. Used to be a problem with Ford Taurus' all the time. I have seen it a couple times on Hyundai's, but not very often. It has been awhile, and I can't remember what the cause was. Could be possibly a coil, or something else with the ignition. To narrow it down, you are going to have to figure out if it's a lack of fuel or lack of spark when it won't start.
