stock fpr bad?

when i start my car cold start it runs rich. after i drive a while and stop it idles lean but when i drive it stays about where i wat it at 15.3-15.7 for fuel economy. any ideas?

Are you reading the the idle AFR on a wideband? Because on a narrowband it will be all over the place.
Also, your AFR's are hitting 15.3-7 when cruising? Don't you usually want to be around 14.7 for cruising? Just a question

wideband o2. and no 14.7 is ideal afr but 15s are for fuel economy.
