Car Rumbling

I need help badly.When I start my car in the morning it starts to start rumbling like when your car is about to run out of gas and jerks on me.When I stop at a stop light it sounds fine,but does a little jerking and then when I release at the stop light it starts to jerk and rumble on me again.It sounds and feels fine when I ride it for a while and when I stop at the light and go again it starts on me again.Can anybody please tell me what is wrong.Please help it has been doing this for about six weeks now.

Possibly a bad idle valve, but check the temperature sensors. How's the fuel filter? I'm assuming you're doing the required maintenance, if not give the thing a tune up!
