Turn signal pb

Hello
I got a strange pb :
- left turn signal blinks in the dashboard, normal speed clinking sound, but nothing blinking from left front and rear signal outside.
- right turn signal works fine.
- hazards both left & right turn signal blinks in the dashboard, normal speed clinking sound, nothing blinking from left front and rear signal outside, but normal blinking from right front and rear signal outside.

Both F&R lefts bulbs check remplaced : no change.

Any help is welcome

I found out in the engine fuse box a second "Left turn signal fuse".
It was dead.I swap it. It works now.
But the turn signal fuse in the cabin fuse box was good.

It's a weird electric management.
