There is a bronze bushing at the end of the tailstock (thats the 'cone')

Often there is a tiny bit of play in the driveshaft that usually is acceptable.
When the play becomes excessive, it will produce a slight vibration that you can feel at higher speeds.

This bushing can be replaced but is a bit tricky to remove. A new oil seal would be required at the same time.

You need to remove transmission tail housing to replace it.
Bushing presses out and in with the proper bushing driver.

But are you sure it is bad?
How much play does it have?
As said they will have some movement.
Is the seal leaking?
And always pull drive shaft and check the yoke for wear first.
If it is not broke you can not fix it.!!!!!!!
If seal not leaking and no vibration or much movement leave it alone.
A new bushing will not help it.

Good luck
