On our 91 TownCar, the only challenge is the Air bag blinking light that is on our digital dash display.
It blinks 1 long and 3 short blinks, don't know how we could have triggered it or how to reset it. Any help would be appreciated. Teach Me.... Thanks

Hello Hottrod;
Looking at the chart for 1992.. (I don't have a 1991 FSM) it sounds like you're saying fault code 13.
TEST D: FAULT INDICATION--AIR BAG INDICATOR FLASHES FAULT CODE 13--PROBABLE FAULT--AIR BAG CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND.
This one (code 13) can be tedious to correct, you may want to enlist a professional. If you want to proceed on your own, get the 1992 FSM off my webpage for detailed testing instruction.
Some folks throw a new clockspring at every fault before doing anything else, and that occasionally works.
