vibration problem

my car starts vibrating at 60 mph,i did a wheel balance on 4 tires.but still vibrates.i notice when going Straight at 60 mph car vibrates but doing slight turns without slowing down car stops vibrating.also car vibrate when coming to a stop i know it the rotor,but can this cause the car to vibrate when not using the car???????

you might have a bad wheel bearing or suspension control arms or tie rods. Check for looseness

i did,looks good.ithink its the tire on my rims because i install the front stock rims .took it for a ride no vibration at all,
