I Have A 95 Astro Van that Is Idling rough and smoking black ,plugs on right side are smoked up,changed plugs,wires,cap and button,does have gas smell Is this poss. a fuel leak in plenum,,,tks for any help

Yep. Right side as in right side of motor (passenger side) or as in right side as looking at it (driver's side)?

If passenger side, your fuel pressure regulator is leaking. If driver's side, your nut kit (fuel return & pressure lines) are cracked.
