Cylinder bank dead

I have a 95 astro that is not firing on the drivers side cylinder bank. 1 3 & 5. It is getting fuel and spark, but there is no ignition. I cant seem to find anything that is specific to one side or the other, so i am at a loss trying to figure this thing out. The van has a new fuel spider, the intake manifold is dry, i replaced the gaskets from the head up, new plugs, wires, distributor and rotor. Even if i let the motor run for 5-10 minutes you can still grab the drivers side exhaust manifold with your bare hand. And even without half the cylinders there is still no CES light. Does anyone have an idea that could lead to half a motor crapping out?

All of the injectors are powered by the same common circuit. Each injector has its own separate ground circuit supplied by the PCM. That pretty much eliminates the possibility of a bad PCM, fuse, or ground problem. I would double check the firing order, here is a link:
