I would like to announce the start of a new line of detail products.
gdetailfactory will produce transkits and detail accessories.
The first release is a photoetched detail set for the Fujimi Enthusiast Porsche 356 series of kits. This set has many parts for the 356 Speedster, but it also has detail parts specific to each version of the 356: engine cover grilles for each, two versions of air cleaners, four different steering wheels, logo badges for each version, and much more.
The set is made with a new digital etching technology that increases the detail and accuracy of etched parts. In close up pics, you can see how clean and sharp the etchings are, especially for small parts like bolts and badges. The Speedster badge is particularly difficult to do by standard etching techniques.
If you are interested in ordering, please contact me by PM or email. I also hope to have this product available through online retailers soon.
Price is 18 USD plus shipping (that I expect cheap elsewhere)
More projects are underway!
PS if someone is wondering how I got a so smooth english I'll say..... thanks a lot to my buddy Andy for the (hard) editing job :D

Alex: can't wait to see you over the 356 kit: you'll find the best plastic kit ever!
Jay:digital etching machine isn't a "desktop device" you'll get for the workshop :D, a service done them for me ;), anyway I search more info in the producer's WS and send you a link.

P.S. since you're doing your own kits, do you have an idea of someone who can print (screenprint) decals for me. I have a few ideas but no address where I can have them printed. somewhere around 100 pieces.

Thanks guys, I aprreciated a lot :)
@Daniel: there are plenty of places where you'll do a job like you say: only they want 250/300 set as a minimal order.
Never find one that will print only one hundred sets: just to set up overlay I guess they some dozens...
Anyway with the scuderia we print at the awesome Cartograf, I guess you'll easily find contact by the website ;)

Beautyfull! the 356 porsche's from Fujimi have been one of my favorite model kits for years! they are precious little gems of modelling to me, now, with these great looking photo-etched parts I believe we're about to see possibly the greatest scale reproductions of the 356 ever! let´s get to work people!

I received my sets yesterday. They look great. Sharp detail, consistent and even etching, good choice of items to P/E, with options to do several different 356 models.

Do you read ANYTHING or do you just look at the pictures?!?!
The author/designer says how to contact him in the first friggin' post!!!! The problem is that, to find that out, you would need to put in a little effort - which is something are repeatedly showing that you are unwilling/unable to do IMHO.

Hi Giovanni, I have tried emailing and sending a pm via the forum and I'm not sure they have been sent, my 'Sent' items in my messages remains empty.
But like all the other people I'd very much like to buy three or four sets of your photo-etching for the 356 , so if you are out there reading this please get in touch, either pm or email, or via
www.stevebarnettmodelcars.com (http://www.stevebarnettmodelcars.com)

Good question. I wrote up a bunch of translated text for this set, but I don't know that I have a copy of the final edit that was meant to be included with the set. I'm guessing you don't have the packing insert with the color pics?
