93 hatch cx/non v-tec to a 96 1.6 v-tec problem

I need some help, after swapping a 1.6 GSR into a 1993 Hatchback CX, I can't get my raidiator fan to kick on, also my cluster doesn't work but lights up. It was a complete swap wiring harness, engine, tranny, and p28 computer. I'm wondering if i have to flash the p28 computer so that it will read my wiring harness to my cluster because I can't get a temp reading, fuel gauge reading, and speedometer doesn't work. Any info or tips to help me out?:banghead:
