i have a 01 rodeo and the small pan in front of the trany has a small rubber boot on the pass side i belive it is called a piston cover and that is were it is leaking i have the new boot but i dont know how to get it out it looks like it has a round spring clamp on it can some one help or diy or pics would b a great help

Search accumulator piston cover. Look for posts by 2eyefishclaw. He suggests using a pry bar and socket to push the cover in and remove the clip. Then, if the cover doesn't come out, turn the truck on briefly to build pressure behind the cover to push it out. I have a new one, but I haven't had the leak yet!
