2007 2500HD rough idle

Is anyone having rough idle problems with the above pickup? Mine is very noticeable but mechanics say no bulletins issued on this problem.

Clean the Throttle Body and see if that clears it up.

The 2007 is fuel injected so no throttle body.
Would work for older models though.

There is a throttle body, just not a TBI unit.
