Wheel hop

Just purchased a 06 - 2500 Hemi. Has 60 -k on it. Driving 70mph hit few bumps on the highway and the front wheels hop rapidly like loose basketballs on the court. I believe the shocks are blown out. Any suggestions?

My friend has a 03 that does the same gets kind of hairy when we have the enclosed trailer on it. We have replaced about everything on the front end except ball joints gonna try that next.
