I Owe A 2001 2 Door Blazer That Will Not Start. I Was Driving Down The Highway, When It Just Quit. The Fuel Level Was Low So I Assumed That It Was Out Of Gas. After Filling It With Gas, It Still Won't Start. I Towed It To My Home And Have Replaced The Battery, And Fuel Filter. There Is Almost A Half Of Tank Of Fuel, And There Are No Leak. The Car Will Crank, But It Just Won't Catch. You Can Here The Pump Prime, So I Know That Is Working. Spark Plugs Are Pretty New, And Was Having No Problems Before It Just Stopped. It Is A Manual, Any Suggestions?

Verify there is spark. If not, check the distributor cap, coil, and ignition module.
Test standing fuel pressure. If the pump is not producing at least 61 PSIG, it will not likely start.

Recently mine just quit out of the blue and it was the fuel pump.
There are plenty of people here that have loads of experience so hopefully someone can tell you more acurately.
I have read that since the fuel pumps are in the tank..if you run the gas too low it can burn the pump up.
Hope thats not the case for you!

I had this same problem and it ended up being the distributor cap and rotor. How many miles are on your truck?
