Do I have a ground problem?

When using the turn signals, the digital temperature indicator dims and brightens with each signal flash.

My mechanic says it's because of the drain on the battery. He said not to worry.

Another mechanic said I could have a ground issue.

I am confused.

How serious is this problem? Is it easy to diagnose and fix?:uhoh:
