Well I'd always read on this and other forums that its not if, it's when you're GP's tranny will die. So i was going past the slow people on my usual morning merge and hit it and I came out onto the highway at 3000 rpms doing 60 mph and not going into 4th. Ive driven it since on the highway (slow of course) and same result. Right now i'm running a stock bin with quicker shift times and stock pressures. Could this be an issue? I was going to load a stock bin and see what happens but my laptop lasts about 4 minutes on battery and the charger connection is finicky now so it's a pain in the ass and i don't want to risk a half write foul up. I remember when I was scanning my shift times before that 3rd-4th was always 2-3x what it should have been. In any event, the car has 125k mi. on it now and im thinking to get this fixed is going to be more than its worth, like $1500+ what do you guys think? I was going to get an 97-03 GTP as my next car but I'm afraid they are higher miles now. If you couldn't get a GTP as your next car what car would you get?

with 126K I'm sure what happened was the 4th clutch shaft stripped out, common issue.
