2003 Speaker Replacement help

Has anyone replaced the rear speakers in a 2003 galant? How do you "nicely" the carpet in the rear window?
Also, is there additional hardware for the galant to nicely install aftermarket speaker in the front. It seems all the speakers i have purchased does not fit.
Suggestions?
