1997 Silverado 130k pics

Just purchased a 97 silverado reg cab sb 130k 5.0 vortech 4x4

Was looking to buy a newer truck however couldnt pass this deal up.

Engine sounds awesome, 3x better than my 110k 318 mopar truck its replacing, feels like a well balanced healthy truck.

A couple questions.

What is the proper technique to engage 4 low on this truck. I havent drove it much since there arent any plates on it currently. I have put the trans in neutral then shifting the transfer case ->N->4LO. I get a grind going in, should I be concerned? I probably will never use it.

Any idea on around town MPG (305ci), keeping your foot out of it of course, what about highway?

The power lumbar doesnt work on either side, is this a typical problem? How hard is the fix.

DAMN I'm impressed with the stock speakers.
