How to make a SB 350 in a 1989 c1500 sound like a ferrari

I want to know if there is a way to make a 1989 small block 350 sound as much like a ferrari as possible. Might sound lame, either way. I know turbos, higher revving, smaller engines and the cam shaft angle are all factors but I wanna cheat on a budget (if thats even possible) Let me know what you think and advice is strongly needed.
