Yea, that is what I'm thinking. Because as of right now, its a national club, not a state thing.

deal with that is you need to apply with the home state for state tax exemption. So right now, that should be future plans ... we need to figure out more details to what WE are about. why does TLD need a auto-x car or a dragster? thats not really what were all about. were just solo drivers. we need to come up with a more detailed mission statement.

lookin good guy! looks like your all putting a lot of work into this and i hope it goes well for you

couple things to look out for, make sure the EEOC and OSHA can't/won't get invovled into non-profit orgs... and if they can make sure you cover your ass well, they can/will fugg you up if you slip up.

and the 60 dollar fund, from a non member point of veiw, that seems like a good bit, i mean i understand you will have costs and time put into it, but to broke college stundents like many of your members will be thats a lot of money... but a fee is understandable to a point
