starts with a little help.

finally got the trooper to start, had to feather about 1/4 can of starting fluid thru it in the process, once started though had to keep turning the throttle adjustment up till it was idling around 2000 rpm. it would run fine, no misses or studders but as soon as I started to idle it back down it would go to around 1200 rpm and then abruptly die, as if you turned the key off. any ideas?? :sly:
