I just purchased a 97 and can't get the driver seat to move or move the outside mirrors. What a bummer since I have short legs and the seat is all the way back, lol. Fuses are good. Suspect a box in the door that all wires go to. Seat won't move, can't move the mirrors, memory does not work. Windows and locks work OK Any suggestions, what that part may be called?? I want to drive my car and the pillows just don't get it!

Was wondering if u ever got this fixed? It sounds like either bad switches or bad connections to those switches. My old Durango had a wire that would fall off every so often that would cause the entire driver's side control console to not work. Put that wire back, and shazaam.

I've got a problem with my driver's seat, but it's not a switch. When trying to move the seat forward or back, I hear the motor running and "click, click, click"...I'm wondering if it's easily fixable??

I'm 6'1" but my son is only around 5'5" and he can't drive it because it's all the way back and he can't get it to come forward at all.
