Anyone got any tips that has done this before. From the looks. I will need to relocate the coil pack. and the IC pipes may need a new piece. Finally battery fitment and possible charcoal cannister removal... Also remove EGR Never wanted that thing anyways.

Can you use the factory TB? I'm kind of intimidated of doing that mod but good luck and lots of pics.

|I have a 1g TB to go to Intake manifold. Yes I will include all kinds of pics I am quite intimidated I must say and it may take me longer than I expect just looking for a good time when my car can have some downtime.

It will look awesome when its done. Is there a guaranteed hp gain?

they say expected gains can be from 10-30hp. We'll see I guess

Do you have a link where we can go and see all present pictures of the car cause the link in your sig only shows 1 pic? I don't remember seeing a pic of your engine bay.

sorry yes that guy is real and dead. The guy was doing 120mph on his kawasaki when he hit his head into the back of that truck and was dragged 3 miles. Yes he was dead on the scene. His buddies had to flag the truck driver down to stop him.

OK build begins\
going to the track tonight so I don't want to do anything with the car per se but I have already ran into a snag that I had to fix.

the throttle body when mounted onto the IM couldn't open. I couldn't figure out why. At first I had decided they misplaced the flange hole and that the throttle plate was pressing against a non open part of the intake manifold preventing it from opening.

this was not the case

http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j294/steviekallday/car004.jpg

It was the brass like plate which is attach to the throttle cable that was banging the side of the IM.

So I had to take my dremmel with a cutoff disc and gave it a nice cut so that the plate would pass by the IM without scraping.

You can see this poorly displayed here closed

Do you have that Throttle body on there 90 degrees off? The TPS is suppose to be turned clockwise 90 degrees I think. Look at the way the throttle cable connects to the IM? Just a thought

the throttle cable hooks up on the bottom?
Still looks to me like the TB is turned wrong. I know on my car the IAC is on the bottom.

Same w/ mine, I think you need to turn it Clockwise 90 degrees.
