06 Aveo Battery Fuse Question

I have a 2006 Chevy Aveo with original battery and radio. I'm replacing radio and need to unplug the battery before doing so(....right?)
The battery has a fuse in it though. Never seen that before. Anyone know how to unplug this battery safely? Do I have to get the fuse out of there first?

Anyone install a stereo in this type of car before? Please advise. -Thanks

Remove the ground from the battery first. Once the ground is off your good to go!
