99 Rodeo won'tstart no spark

I have 99 rodeo v6 and its been sitting for about 6months and now I can't get to start, more likely not getting spark I took out 1 coil put new spark plug in it try to crank and I dont see spark. Can any body help. Thank you.

I have to ask:

Did you ground the electrode end of the spark plug? If so, and you saw nothing, you probably have a bad crank sensor.

I put new crank sensor in and still won't start, whats the other thing that I should check that has to do with no spark.

Is the timing belt intact?

Yes, I checked this afternoon timing belt in place.

When u turn the key on do u hear the fuel pump turn on. the reason i ask is beacuse i just bought a 1998 rodeo and it had that same problem "no start" it ended up being a bad fump and the thing had been sitting for like 9 months and it ran when they parked it.
