2001 Strange Electrical Problem

I have a strange electrical problem.

With the dash light switch in the normal position, the windows and door locks will not work and the interior lights stay on when the car is off. The radio shuts off when the key is off.

With the dash light switch in the off position, the locks work, the radio stays on until the door is opened and the windows will work 10% of the time if the door is opened.

All fuses are OK.

Any ideas where to start looking??

I'd start by checking the multi-wire connector in the driver's door jamb for broken wires.
