2000 mustang timing chain stetched and slipped *motor locked*

It looks like our 2000 mustang timing chain stretced out and slipped.

I was wondering what would be the best thing to do.
I found a couple replacement motors.

I took the valve cover off and unbolted the left cam where the chain slipped. The cam journals look a little chewed up. I do not know why but there is metal shavings where the journals are on the locks and journals. It looks scratched.

I was going to measure it to see if I could still use it but Im almost positive Im going to need to replace the heads now. Maybe I will only have to change one side.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I have about 120k miles on the motor
