i changed my clutch today torked every bolt....followed every instruction did it perfect went to start it and the starter clicked once but the car never turned over..then the starter stopped doing anything...could my starter be the problem

try hooking up the wire that hooks up to the starter solenoid, it tends to come loose somtimes and that wires is what kicks on the starter. Its the little bitty wire that slides on the flat nipple.

it almost sounds like a battery problem. Cause if it *clicked* once and not the second. I sounds like a dead battery. But it does not hurt to check the starter anyways:D

i fixed it today the ground cable on the clutch cable assembly wasnt making a good connection, basically the power to the starter was fine
but it wasnt grounded.

dang it...why did i leave for lunch? my first thought was a ground. had the same thing happen
