97 Aerostar 2wd rear brake drums

I have been trying to remove the rear wheel brake drums on my 97 Aerostar 3.0L 2WD van. I cant seem to get them off. I have tried heating the drum up a bit with a torch and tapping with the hammer but it still does nut move. The repair manual talks of removing 3 retaining nuts but I cant see them any wheres.

Any ideas on how I can get them off?

Pull the rubber out of the adjusting hole and use a small screwdriver to hold the self adjuster in back the adjuster all the way in and it should come off. I have used a large puller to remove them but some springs will be damaged.
