Turbo questions

ive been seeing alot of turo stuff on ebay. people are selling garret t-3's and stuff. i know that if i bought one i would still need a downpipe, intercooler, piping, manifold, and hoses.where is a good place to find this stuff? even better where is a good place that tells you how to put these things together? just a general turbo site with info would be nice. thanks for any input.
