2000 Ford Expedition EB 4x4 Electrical

I have a real bear of a problem with a series of accessories. First of all
the Transmission Lock Switch is Sturck in Park, Brake Lights work fine.
But the 4X4 selector, wipers, power windows, sunroof, and interior lights all do not work.

Now I can bypass the lock switch by slightly moving the ignition switch a
little pass its normal position to manually put the tranny in neutral the engine
starts forward/reverse work normal, but the truck is stuck in 4Wheel high?

Note all the fuses look good inside the vehicle and out anyone have a clue as
to what this would be?
