1997 blazer

I got my blazer from a used car lot. I love everything about it except my cruise and horn does not work. I do not have a owners manual. I took it to a shop and they checked all the fuses and said that they were fine so he didnt know what was wrong with the cruise. I am in need of my cruise cause i have to drive alot for work. I do not see on the panel for my fuse box where there is a fuse for the cruise or horn. could you please help me find out what is wrong with my cruise and horn.

On the horn you need to go to the horn relay behind glove box.
Can you hear relay click on when pushing horn button?
Check for power to it from ctsy fuse 2.
Check for horn button grounding the relay and.
And jumper horn wires with 12 volts to check horn operation.

Cruise is feed threw brake light fuses.

Check for power to it and fsignal or on off and set switches cruise switch.
Check all brake light switchs for good operation.

A good wiring diagram and a volt/ohm meter would help you on testing.
Also on cruise testing you will need a good auto repair manual repair flow chart to run all of the test on it.
