You have made a superb job of it generally but I think the ride height needs lowering quite a lot plus the wheels protrude too much from the sides of the car. If you can sort out these 2 minor issues I think it will look so much more convincing!

The paint job is excellent and the model is very cleanly built!
Still I agree with Viccario that the stance can be improved.

Nice work, I agree with the others. My GTO, built about 20 years ago, looked just like yours until a few years back when I busted the front suspension apart and got it to sit properly.

Very nice work!

I built that one way back when it was the Testors kit. It is a bit inaccurate out of the box (ride height, goofy tires, etc), but you made it look great!

MUUUCH better. Not really fond of the colour of the rims, but the rims themselfs are much better, and the stance is verry good.

Great work on this 288 GTO! Although I am a bit of a purist when it comes to Ferrari I must admit these wheels loo a lot better than the original from Revell!
I am also working on this kit and I must say you have really got me thinking of changing the wheels too.
Can I ask how you changed the ride height?

Thank you , i cut off the plastic from the chassis in which the old revell rims attached to , then i glued some old discbrakes from the old damaged kits to the chassis in a position a little bit higher than the positon of the plastic i cut previously. I hope that my little explanation is clear to understand, trust me that i want to give complete details of the process but then i realized that i have limited vocabulary glossary.

again.....sorry for my english

So I saw the avatar b-art is using and thought "I don't remember replying to this thread before". :iceslolan

I really like how you improved the stance and position of the wheels, but don't really like them in gold. Still a huge improvement though.

@krishna iskandana : your Engish is just fine. Thankx for the explanation.

@jtwisconsin: the fact that we chose the same avatar only proves that we both have good taste! :grinno: If it bothers you I 'm willing to change mine...
