swapping transmissions automatic for a 5 speed

I have a 325i with the automatic trani I was wandering if someone has any info in converting to a 5 speed????????????????

I had mine done 2 years ago. (88 325) unless you can do it yourself it will cost a lot. With the way the price of used cars have droped and low interest rates, it probably is much cheaper to sell you car and buy one with a 5 speed. But if you still want to do it. Best thing to do is to buy a 5 speed transmission and all the needed part form a salvage place and sell the automatic transmission yourself. The cost of labor should be between 2000-2500 US dollors.
