zc problems

ok, I bought my civic which is a DX model, which had a d16a6 si motor in it. I bought it back last june, and it ran fine up until last month, when we pulled the engine to swap a b16a, well money ran tight and i decided to get a dohc ZC. Well i got it last week from hmotors and changed all the usual stuff, timing belt,water pump, ect. We get it put in and turn key on and the fuel pump isn' kicking on, so I think Main relay is bad. I go to the junkyard and get another one, same thing. I am going tomorrow to get another one from Honda. Hopefully it will work. Is there anything else i should check? Sorry for the long post.

maybe one of the grounds? like the one on the thermostat housing.

I checked them all last night. would this make it so the fuel pump wouldn't turn on? The main realy beeps once and then nothing, honda had to order my relay so it wll be tuesday before i get the new one.
